Colliers International has been appointed in conjunction with Warwick Martel to market High Post Business Park – a newly refurbished industrial/distribution complex in Salisbury.
The site was purchased by Hudson Capital (Industrial) Holdings Ltd in mid 2011 and comprises nine units with available space from 14,000 sq ft to 92,000 sq ft.
High Post also has land available for expansion with potential to offer cross loading facilities as well as a specialist technology centre suitable for an automotive/acoustic engineering business.
Each unit has dedicated car and lorry parking while some units have canopied loading arrangements and generous external areas.
Prior to the refurbishment work completing unit 4 comprising 22,000 sq ft was let to Foray Motor Group.
High Post Business Park is situated four miles to the north of Salisbury City Centre with direct access onto the A345 leading to the A303. The A303 leads to the M3 and A34 providing access to the national motorway network.
Tim Davies, head of Colliers International’s Bristol office, said: “This is an important strategic employment site in Wiltshire. Given the shortage of availability in Salisbury these refurbished units are just what the market has been crying out for.
“This has been borne out by the letting to Foray before the refurbishment works had even been completed.”
