Leading commercial property adviser Bilfinger GVA has announced a strategic appointment to its Midlands Industrial and Distribution team.
Rob Watts joins Bilfinger GVA as a Senior Surveyor from CPBigwood, where he supported the Commercial Agency and Commercial Auction departments. His experience includes advising on disposals, lettings and acquisitions across a wide variety of retail, office, industrial and investment properties.
David Willmer, Senior Director in Bilfinger GVA’s National Industrial and Distribution team, said: “There is currently considerable demand within the Midlands for industrial stock, with a significant volume of transactions taking place.
