Robert Hitchins Ltd has welcomed a new Asset and Development Manager to its senior team.
John Jones, 37, will asset manage the Gloucestershire-based developer’s property portfolio and develop new property opportunities in the company’s core areas.
He brings with him more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, having previously worked for HRT Commercial, for chartered surveyors Cooke & Arkwright, in private practice, and as an asset manager for the Ashtenne Industrial Fund.
John has strong links with Robert Hitchins Ltd, having worked on a number of its South Wales projects as a commercial property agent from conception to completion.
“Robert Hitchins has always been a good company to work with and, with its track record in commercial development over the past 25 years, it’s a great time to be joining a successful team,” he said.
“There are excellent opportunities within the current portfolio to improve asset performance whilst also looking to expand via new development and property acquisitions.”
Robert Hitchins’ Property and Development Director, Simon Tothill, welcomed John. “His knowledge of the market in the region is second to none and his enthusiasm and drive will be a great asset,” he said.
