The building is effectively detached and has 2 loading doors and a good car-park. The building was probably constructed in the early 1970’s and the quoting rental was only £4.50 per sq ft.
Chris Wilson, Director Goadsby commented “There is a severe shortage of large high bay warehouses along the central south coast and SPS Print Group were quick to view the premises within days of the building becoming available. The low rental reflecting the age and condition was particularly attractive to SPS who required a competitively priced warehouse for the storage and distribution of their products.”
