Antony Kavanagh and Chris Woods have been promoted to the posts at BRP Architects, in Market Harborough, following the retirement of long-serving partner Michael Hales.
They will work alongside managing director and senior partner Alan Sankey.
The practice has 13 staff and annual turnover is around £900,000-£1million and growing.
Mr Sankey said: “The two bring a wealth of experience and dynamism to the management team, to continue to build on not only the recent successes but the long-established pedigree of the practice that is now in its fifth decade.”
Chris has spent a decade in the industry and joined BRP three years ago, while Anthony joined in 1994.
Chris said the practice was split 60/40 between primary health care contracts and extra care developments such as retirement villages and affordable housing.
He said it was involved in a £2 million project to transform the former Rosebery Primary School, in Rosebery Street, Loughborough, into a health centre, plus an £8 million project for retired people in Wellingborough.
