DTZ Investors has acquired four well established multi let estates for approximately £82.5million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.4%.
The 850,000 sq ft estate portfolio includes Railway Triangle, Portsmouth; Brooklands Close, Sunbury; Beeches Industrial Estate, Yate; and Old Brighton Road, Crawley.
