Interest in Whitefriars, one of central Bristol’s landmark office buildings, continues to grow with the announcement that Sefas Innovation, a software vendor, has just agreed to take space there.
Whitefriars benefits from an outstanding central location. It is close to the retail and leisure facilities of Cabot Circus and Broadmead, Bristol’s bus station and a number of central car parks. The building also offers an on-site gym, a recently refurbished café, meeting rooms plus an on-site management team. Together these combine to make Whitefriars an attractive location for business.
CBRE and Savills are joint agents for the building. Speaking about the lettings Peter Martin, Associate Director of CBRE said: “Occupiers continue to be attracted to Whitefriars and we are delighted to have secured a letting so early in the year. This builds on our success of last year where we signed deals with Project People, a recruitment specialist and Imperial Tobacco and renewed the leases for a number of existing occupiers. In total over 50,000 sq ft of transactions were completed in 2011 within Whitefriars. The facilities and location make Whitefriars a popular choice for a variety of businesses.”
Accommodation is still available at Whitefriars in suites from circa 1,500 sq ft up to whole floors of circa 19,010 sq ft. The space is available on competitive terms and comes with a good parking ratio.
