Jones Lang LaSalle, acting on behalf of Goodman has completed another letting at 3 Arlington Square, Bracknell to LANDesk.
A rent of £18.50 sq.ft was achieved on a 10 year lease with a fifth year break. LANDesk are the 5th tenant in to the building in the last 18 months, space has been previously let to Broadcom, Progress Software, Avnet and Quantum Storage.
Christopher Barrs, Director Office Agency commented: “This deal demonstrates again just how desirable the park is to occupiers. With a large proportion of 2011 Bracknell take up accounted for on Arlington Square, another deal in January points to another good year for Goodman in Bracknell.”
