The Nottinghamshire industrial market is in rude health according to national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) following two new lettings.
The two units at Imex Enterprise Park to the east of Hucknall town centre and have been let to local signage company Leader Signs Ltd and All Speed Engineering, a vehicle sub-frame manufacturer.
Both warehouses are self-contained and include a single storey office area and 4.5 metre-high eaves, along with WC facilities and a small kitchenette.
Gavin Webb, surveyor at LSH in Nottingham, said: “The fact that there is real demand for good quality industrial space like Imex Enterprise Park is no surprise. The premises are well located, with good access to Hucknall town centre and to the M1 Motorway.”
Take up at Imex Enterprise Park has been so strong that there is now only one unit remaining available to let.
Gavin added: “There has definitely been an increase in activity in the East Midlands in recent months and towns like Hucknall offer a different option for businesses than nearby cities like Nottingham and Derby, as well as a different labour pool to exploit.”
The last remaining unit at Imex Enterprise Park is the 3,461 sq ft unit G2. It benefits from a manual loading door, 3-phase power and 24/7 access.
