Cordant Group have recently completed the signing of a 10 year lease at 21 Windsor Place, Cardiff. The office secures Cordant’s presence in the Welsh marketplace having also recently open offices in Cardiff and Swansea. The Cordant Group family business was founded in 1957 and originally focused on security and cleaning solutions. Since then, the company has expanded through acquisitions and is now the UK’s second largest recruiter specialising in 36 different industries with a turnover of £620m (2015).

RPA Investments Ltd, the landlord of the property, had completely refurbished the property prior to Cordant’s arrival. The accommodation totalled 2,477 sq ft over 5 floors and included shower facilities, high quality timber partitioning and cycle facilities.
