Ryan Grant, Lee Causer, Catherine Williamson and Elizabeth MacKay of AlixPartners Services UK LLP (AlixPartners), the Joint Administrators of Fontenhall (Scotland) Limited, have appointed JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group to dispose of the Crowne Plaza, Royal Terrace, Edinburgh.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel offers an exceptional location within easy walking distance of the retail and commercial heart of Edinburgh of Princes Street and George Street, Waverley Station, the Omni Centre, John Lewis, Harvey Nichols, The Scottish Parliament and an array of excellent local shops, bars and restaurants.
The 4-star Crowne Plaza, Royal Terrace, Edinburgh comprises 100 bedrooms, bar, restaurant, three meeting and event spaces, all with natural daylight, a club lounge, swimming pool, gym as well as landscaped gardens.
The hotel is available subject to a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels Limited, one of the world’s leading hotel companies or with vacant possession subject to negotiation.
