Leading recruiter Natasha Addison has joined the expanding Birmingham-based consultancy Bell Cornwall Recruitment – for the second time.
Natasha worked at Bell Cornwall Recruitment as a recruitment consultant five years ago. Now she is back as a senior business development consultant.
Natasha, 33, first joined Bell Cornwall Recruitment in 2008 but she left two years later to take up a graduate recruitment role on a Government project based at Aston University.
But now five years later she is back. She says she was drawn to return to BCR because of the consultancy’s transparent work ethic and strong team values.
“Bell Cornwall helped me develop my skills when I was here five years ago, so it’s great to be back. The firm’s values and fresh approach to recruitment really resonate with me. I’m really going to enjoy being part of their new team based in new offices,” said Natasha who lives in Birmingham city centre and has a background in recruitment, student placement and event management.
Bell Cornwall Recruitment recently moved from its offices in the Jewellery Quarter to new offices in Lancaster House on the edge of Birmingham’s central business district.
The firm has celebrated a number of new clients wins recently. Companies to have benefited from the firm’s services include National Express, Shakespeares, EFG Harris Allday and Glide Utilities.
BCR was established in 2007 by recruitment experts Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall. Since then it has built up a reputation for providing high calibre professional and commercial office support staff candidates across a wide range of sectors and services, including several blue chip clients.
The firm, which currently has a team of 11 consultants, has ambitious plans for expansion.
