An IT support and services company has agreed a five year lease on 4,521 sq ft of space at No 2 Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire.
MDS Technologies will occupy a suite within the modern office building at Methuen Park, which features a café, gym, showers and conference facilities, plus a parking ratio of one space for each 200 sq ft leased.
No 2 Methuen Park is conveniently located for Junction 17 of the M4 motorway, on the outskirts of the historic market town of Chippenham.

Colliers International, which is instructed as sole agent for the building, is quoting rents of £14.50 per square feet per annum exclusive for both suites.
