Commercial property investment company, Sorbon Estates, part of the Shanly Group of companies, has appointed Chris Naylor as head of asset management to manage its extensive portfolio of office, retail and marina assets across the Home Counties.
Chris will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Estates Management team and will be working closely with the commercial property acquisitions team. Chris brings a wealth of experience and knowledge acquired from over 30 years in the industry and will advise and support the acquisitions team on new purchases.
Chris joins Sorbon after spending nine years in central Europe with Stet. Chris held the position of partner and regional director for Budapest, Warsaw and London for the boutique real estate investment advisor and asset management firm. Prior to this, Chris was the managing director for Hungary at DTZ Central & Eastern Europe.
