Ashville Asset Management are proud to announce its recent acquisition of Bath Road Studios, Bristol in July on behalf of clients. This acquisition will see Ashville take on management of circa 60,000 sq ft of premium office space.
As a Bristol based Asset & Development Management Company, Ashville has long seen Bristol as a home to a thriving TMT market, which is the largest in the UK outside of London.
There are around 16,000 people employed within the TMT sector in the City which is growing at an annual rate of 20%.
