Bilfinger GVA has strengthened its Lease Consultancy team in Manchester with the appointment of Jonathan Powers as Senior Surveyor.
With over nine years’ experience in the commercial property industry, Powers joins the four-strong team. He will be responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures. Jonathon will also be acting on behalf of some of Bilfinger GVA’s retained clients including First Choice Holidays and the Ministry of Justice.
Powers, who previously worked for IDH Group and Tameside MBC, has extensive experience in property management, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate.
On his appointment, Powers, said: “I am thrilled to be joining Bilfinger GVA. The team has a remarkable reputation both regionally and nationally, with a range of high profile clients. I am looking forward to my future within the firm.”
