Acting on behalf of Casa Brasil Restaurants, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has secured a new site for the restaurant chain as it opens its third Brazilian Rodizio dining experience in Portsmouth.
Just two years ago Casa Brasil opened its first restaurant in Southampton; a year later it opened a second in Bournemouth, and has now opened its third at 44-45 The Boardwalk, Port Solent. Casa Brasil has taken a new 20 year lease on the 5,500 sq ft unit which includes part of the first floor terrace for al fresco dining. The new restaurant has been fitted out in the same style as its sister restaurants, but with some exciting new unique features.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Director Tom Holloway comments: “Port Solent has become an increasingly popular south coast destination and a great new location for Casa Brasil. As one of the region’s premier leisure and marine sites, Port Solent has seen increasing levels of occupier enquiries as economic confidence has continued to build.”
David Hall of Casa Brasil added: ”The last three years have been a very exciting time for us and getting our third restaurant open is another key milestone in Casa Brasil’s development. Having had a lot of support at our other restaurants in Southampton and Bournemouth, we are looking forward to a great summer’s trading at Port Solent.”
