The Leeds office of CBRE has announced 7 new positions within its Valuation, Capital Markets, Asset Services, Marketing and Building Consultancy teams, following a further ten senior promotions in recent weeks.
Within the Valuation team, Alison Wright joins as Senior Surveyor and Lauren Spencer as Surveyor. John Dawson joins the Capital Markets team as Senior Surveyor, Paul England joins Building Consultancy as Surveyor and within Asset Services, Michael Greenbank joins as Senior Surveyor and Nina Bradley as Surveyor. Additionally, Bridget Stack joins the Leeds office as a Marketing Assistant.
The growth of the Leeds office follows a record year for CBRE in terms of profit and turnover. The Leeds team has successfully implemented more agile working practices and fully committed to a paperless working environment. The firm’s new working practices, supported by its market-leading position within the sector, have played a major part in attracting new industry-leading staff as well as ensuring the retention of the existing team.
