COS Interiors, part of the wider COS Group, has completed the office renovation of two Swansea businesses.
Both JCP Solicitors, based at the Enterprise Park, and Investment Managers Brewin Dolphin, based at Swansea Vale Business Park, employed the services of COS Interiors to modernise the reception areas of their offices.
For JCP Solicitors, the refurbishment consisted of an update to its reception area due to the demand for additional meeting rooms – giving the firm the opportunity to freshen up the area as part of the company’s recent brand modernisation.
Hayley Davies, Partner and CEO of JCP Solicitors, commented: “Our reception area is a key part of our clients’ experience. We hold a lot of client training workshops, and we required a solution that could maximise the space available to allow for more attendees. COS’ suggestion that a soundproof sliding partition could be installed between two of the meeting rooms, ensured this objective was met. From the start, COS were very clear about the best way to achieve all of our goals and we are really pleased with the end result.”
Along with the refurbishment of JCP Solicitors, COS Interiors also won a contract with Brewin Dolphin, Swansea. The improvements consist of re-carpeting and re-designing the downstairs office space, as well as creating a designated reception area.
Richard Croydon, Regional Director of Brewin Dolphin commented: “After receiving several competitive tenders, we decided to choose COS as we felt that the team understood our demands. Having never had a designated reception area before, we are happy to have been able to enlist the services of COS Interiors to create this new development.”
On winning the contracts, Director of COS Interiors, Alan Davies, said: “We were eager to start work with both JCP Solicitors and Brewin Dolphin as we developed some great ideas for their offices.
“Winning these contracts is a great achievement for us and it demonstrates how our hard work ethic is being recognised by new clients. We look forward to continuing our hard efforts in the future.”
