Goadsby have, on behalf of Investec, sold the last 2.83 acres of the Fulcrum Business Park to a local developer. The Fulcrum is a 26 acre business park which has a mix of very high quality industrial/warehouse buildings. The quoting price was £1.995M plus VAT and the developer intends to offer freehold design and build packages for buildings potentially up to 10 metres in height.
