Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 93 Melbury Avenue to Mr Sadi Alkan who will open the retail premises as an off license.
The premises, comprising a sales area, rear store and WC extended to approximately 645 sq ft and were let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years.
