Kempton Carr Croft have successfully acquired new grade A office space for its client Vanderbilt Homes Ltd in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire.
Kempton Carr Croft’s commercial agency department managed the acquisition project on behalf of Vanderbilt Homes Ltd following an assessment of the firm’s future space requirements.
A comprehensive commercial property search was conducted across the Thames Valley. Following shortlisting and tours of suitable sites, Apollo House in Mercury Park, Wooburn Green, was chosen as the preferred premises. Kempton Carr Croft then negotiated favourable lease terms on behalf of their client to include a rent free and lease break options.
