Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 721 Christchurch Road, Boscombe to Mrs Sandra Webber who will open the retail premises as a second hand furniture outlet.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 836 sq ft and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £8,500 per annum exclusive.
