Property Consultants, Alder King have sold 59 Woodcock Industrial Estate to local industrial occupier Readycase Ltd. Readycase, who are already based on the Woodcock industrial Estate, specialise in packaging solutions.
The property, which was formally owned by Wyle valley Foods, extends to approximately 13,429 sq ft (1,247.72 sq m) over two floors, including warehouse, offices, ancillary space, locker room and canteen.
