Acting on behalf of a Haysport Properties Ltd, Goadsby have let Unit 4 Denham House, Yelverton Road to the South Coast Ink Tattoo Studio Ltd, who will be using the space as a Tattoo Parlour, Barbers and fashion shop.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor area of 1,147 sq ft, as well as further storage space in the basement and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £20,000 per annum exclusive.
