Aspray 24 are coinciding their 30th Anniversary with further expansion plans for the Willenhall based company.
Co founded in 1982 and based in Noose Lane since 1992 their site of 12 acres is soon to be increased by a further 5.5 acres to fulfil their expansion plans.
The newly acquired site was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts, Wolverhampton office and after some significant expressions of interest a sale was agreed with Aspray.
Stuart Laight, MD of Aspray 24 commented, “the acquisition of this site not only secures the future of our business in Willenhall, it allows us to continue with our expansion plans. We plan to be on site within the first quarter of 2012 and will be constructing a new building of over 100,000 sq.ft amounting to an investment of around £5 million. This will increase our business and will generate new jobs”.
Richard Bache, Head of Agency at TSR’s Wolverhampton office commented “after our initial marketing it became clear that the best deal for our client was a sale to Aspray. In these difficult trading times it is so refreshing to deal with a company with a positive outlook and the ability and desire to expand”.
