Northern Ireland based Century Electrical Wholesale Ltd (CEW) now have three branches in England, the most recent addition being a new base in Wolverhampton on the Culwell Industrial Estate in Kennedy Road.
The new branch is managed by Garry Brookes who commented “we chose this unit for its central location enabling easy access from the surrounding area. We are able to carry an extensive range of stock from the unit of 5,122 sq.ft meaning orders can be completed quickly and efficiently”.
The unit was on the market through the Wolverhampton office of Towler Shaw Roberts, Richard Bache, Head of Agency at TSR said, “we had put the property on the market through some of the toughest market conditions, however we had no shortage of interest in the unit due to its central location and the fact that our client was prepared to be flexible in his approach to agreeing lease terms. The market continues to be difficult but with the correct approach, there are some good deals to be had”.
