A major national retailer has become the final occupier as a Salisbury shopping centre reaches full occupancy through Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major successfully agreed a new letting of the spacious unit to The Factory Shop Ltd near other leading chains in Priory Square at The Maltings.
The High Street property consultancy acted for landlords the Harvest Ltd partnership to negotiate the new 10-year full repairing and insuring lease of the prominent corner premises at £55,000 per annum.

Located on a corner, the two-storey premises at 10 Priory Square are opposite Sainsbury’s and close to the proposed redevelopment of the nearby Central Car Park site.
Lease terms included an initial six-month rent free period, a fifth-year rent review and a tenant’s break option.
As well as 6,436 sq ft (598 sq m) of space on the ground floor, the premises also have 5,423 sq ft (504 sq m) of first floor ancillary space.
