One of Queen Square’s most prominent buildings is almost full following a letting secured by leading property consultants JLL.
King Williams House is now home to Bristol-based marketing and communications agency Proteus Creative Communication Limited, which has taken 2,436 sq ft of contemporary, open plan space on a ten year lease.
Proteus, which employs 16 staff, has moved from Redcliffe Parade, which has enabled them to carry out a high specification fit out in an excellent location.
The period mid-terraced property, which formerly operated as a potato processing factory, is a prominent, turn of the century building on the East side of Queen Square which sets itself apart from its Georgian neighbours.
The last remaining suites, all of which have been fully refurbished, can accommodate a range of requirements from 563 sq ft to 6,134 sq ft
