Solo Rail Solutions Limited, a tier one supplier of rail vehicle doors and interior products has expanded into an additional 25,000 sq ft industrial unit in Birmingham.
The unit, located on Long Acre Trading Estate, Nechells, Birmingham will house stock materials and the company’s clean assembly operations. DTZ’s Birmingham office agreed the deal on behalf of landlord, A&J Mucklow and means the estate is now fully let.
The property, units 1-5 on the estate, comprises an industrial/warehousing unit 3,534 sq ft of ancillary office accommodation and associated car parking. As part of the deal, a full refurbishment of the units was agreed with the landlord, A&J Mucklow.
Solo Rail Solutions have produced train carriage doors, rail interiors and ancillary products for the rail industry for over 20 years.
