Bond Wolfe has boosted Pertemps People Development Group’s Black Country expansion.
The Group (PPDG) has taken more than 8,000 sq ft of space on three sites being marketed by the property agents.
It comes as PPDG continues to expand its effort to help the long term unemployed and others.
Already occupying 6,500 sq ft at Guardian House in West Bromwich and 4,500 sq ft at Waterloo Court in Wolverhampton, the further growth is as a result of a Government-funded job search contract.
The Group is taking 3,500 sq ft at Landchard House, West Bromwich, 2,000 sq ft at Bridge House, Walsall, and an extra 3,000 sq ft at Waterloo Court.

PPDG is a member of the ESH Group, one of the world’s leading providers of welfare to work, training and recruitment services to an extensive number of Government and private companies.
Established in 1997, it has developed from a single site in North Solihull, to a network of more than 40 advancement centres across the UK, employing around 800 people.
It has assisted more than 105,000 long-term jobless into sustained employment, with up to 80 per cent remaining with their initial employer and many more progressing to establish their own business. In addition it has trained over 140,000 people in vocational skills, with more than 190,000 individuals benefiting from professional information, advice and guidance service.
All three properties are at the heart of their commercial communities and with excellent transport access.
