Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully let a modern industrial unit at Old Sarum Park in Wiltshire a new five-year lease.
The company negotiated the agreement on behalf of the landlord for the extensive premises at the Woodford Centre.
All Liquid Drinks Dispense Ltd signed the new lease for the high-spec unit, which includes ground and first floor offices as well as storage and production capacity.
Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “We are completing increasing numbers of leases and sales as the economy continues to gain traction.
“These modern and high specification units at the Woodford Centre are in demand because of their quality and location at Old Sarum Park.
“We expect to see the market in commercial space continue to strengthen as we head towards the end of the year.”
Located in Lysander Way, the Woodford Centre is part of the Old Sarum Park estate next to the airfield, just outside Salisbury.
Built in 1989, it features eight units constructed to a high standard.
All Liquid Drinks Dispense Ltd has rented unit 7, measuring a total of 5061 sq ft (470.17 sq m).
The specialist companies provides drinks dispensing systems and services for the brewing, leisure, hospitality and catering industries.
Businesses at Old Sarum Park include Westover Land Rover and Wessex Archaeology.
