Global property adviser Cushman & Wakefield has hired Henry Harrison as an Associate in its National & Thames Valley office agency team.
Henry joins the business after spending seven years at Knight Frank where he was based in the firm’s Birmingham office for four years and more recently in London as part of its National Offices team.
Focusing on landlord disposals in the Thames Valley area specifically, Henry will work alongside Charles Dady, head of UK Business Space at Cushman & Wakefield, and Partners Mark Denford and Tom Leeming on a number of landmark office instructions.
Henry previously acted for Threadneedle Investments on the 290,000 sq ft Breakspear Park in Hemel Hempstead, Aberdeen Asset Management on 80 Moorbridge Road in Maidenhead and advised Mountgrange Investment Management on the redevelopment and letting of Kingsmead Business Park, High Wycombe.
Charles Dady commented: “Henry is a talented and well respected agent in the market and we are very pleased he has chosen to join the team to focus on our key leasing mandates across the South East.”
The recruitment of Henry Harrison follows two recent internal moves: Associate Max Bryan and Surveyor Sean Cleaver have transferred to the National & Thames Valley office agency team from the Corporate Occupier and Investor Services group.
Cushman & Wakefield was the first global real estate firm to open an office in the Thames Valley, at Stockley Park – it recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.
