DTZ has announced 101 promotions across its UK business, including 4 to its Manchester office.
Promotions were made across almost all of DTZ’s service lines including Agency Leasing, Investment & Asset Management, Research, Property Management, Retail, Rating, Valuation, and Project & Building Consultancy.
Student accommodation specialist, Sarah Jones (Development Consulting) has been promoted to Director level whilst Ben Pretty (Public Sector Advisory and Consulting), Thomas Roberts (Project & Building Consultancy) are now both Associate Directors. Alex Smith (Sustainability Consultant) is now at Senior Surveyor level.

In total, 158 promotions were announced across DTZ’s EMEA business.
