DTZ has announced 101 promotions across its UK business, including 5 to its Bristol office.
Promotions were made across almost all of DTZ’s service lines including Agency Leasing, Investment & Asset Management, Research, Property Management, Retail, Rating, Valuation, and Project & Building Consultancy.
In Bristol, James Marsh (Professional Advisory Services) has been promoted to Director, whilst Philip Cranstone (Industrial agency) and Christian Crawfurd (Project and Building Consultancy) are both now Associate Directors. Rebekah Formosa (Public Sector Advisory) and James Cinicola (Development Consulting) have been promoted to Senior Surveyor level.

In total, 158 promotions were announced across DTZ’s EMEA business.
