The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed DTZ’s Michael Fawcett as the new Chair of RICS matrics for Bristol and the West Country.
Michael, a Surveyor in DTZ’s project and building consultancy team in Bristol, was appointed to the role after being elected by the committee’s current members.

Michael Fawcett commented: “I am delighted to have been elected to the position of Chair. matrics is a fantastic forum for those new to the industry to share knowledge and build contacts and next year we are looking to build links with partner organisations.”
