Bristol-based independent property consultancy, Williams Gunter Hardwick, has promoted Steve Cullis from Senior Surveyor to Associate Director.
Steve specializes in the retail and leisure sector, providing acquisition and disposal advice to a variety of clients throughout the UK, as well as advising on some lease renewals and rent reviews.
He joined the company in 2010 from DTZ. He was elected as an MRCIS in 2008 and has a BSc in Real Estate (Valuation and Management) and Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying.
