Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Goadsby Planning & Environment has obtained planning permission for the change of use of the former Blockbuster video hire shop in Holdenhurst Road.
The consent allows the unit to be used for either an office, restaurant, or a take away – and the uses can change from one to the other in the future without any further approvals being required.
Goadsby’s CAD Services prepared the detailed application plans.
