A business advisory firm has announced the appointment of a practice manager as part of ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 12 months.
Greenaway Scott has appointed Nicola Harrison, 29, from Cowbridge, to oversee the day-to-day running of the growing firm.
Working alongside directors Nigel Greenaway and Rhian Osborne, Ms Harrison will have overall responsibly for the management of the firm’s two offices in Cardiff and London, including finance, administration and recruitment.
A business administration graduate of Cardiff University, Ms Harrison has completed her AAT level two and three diplomas in Accounting and brings with her a diverse skill set.
Joining from Bridgend Ford, Ms Harrison brings a wealth of management and finance experience gained working in the hospitality industry.
Her appointment comes at an important time for Greenaway Scott as it targets a five-year plan of expansion to replicate its Wales-based operation across the UK. The firm has already matched its first year’s turnover in the first six months of its second year of trading.

Greenaway Scott was set up in 2013 by leading corporate lawyer, Nigel Greenaway. The firm provides corporate, commercial and intellectual property advice to growing companies, with particular sector specialisms in the life science, technology, pharmaceutical and service sectors. Lawyers making up the commercial team are dual-qualified and have either a Mathematics or Science degree as well as a legal qualification to ensure all advisors have a strong understanding of the firm’s clients’ markets.
Greenaway Scott focuses on the provision of sharp, practical, commercially focused legal advice to businesses and advises clients on spin-outs and commercialisation, brand and intellectual property protection, mergers and acquisitions and equity investments.
