Leading UK regeneration specialist, St. Modwen is helping local specialist fire protection systems manufacturer, Advanced Insulation Systems (AIS), expand its operation into a new 40,000 sq ft production facility at its Quedgeley West Business Park, near Junction 12 of the M5 in Gloucestershire.

“Having recently completed a new 35,000 sq ft warehousing facility for local footwear specialist, Gardiner Bros, we are also delighted to be able to provide this completed unit for Advanced Insulation Systems as part of their ongoing expansion plans.”
Advanced Insulation Systems first re-located its operation to Quedgeley West in 2010 and its expansion into this second facility at the same site will further boost the firm’s production capacity as well as the potential for new jobs.
With over 460,000 sq ft of commercial space now occupied, completed or underway on site, a final 29,000 sq ft unit remains available for purchase or lease at Quedgeley West Business Park before the development marks its completion in winter 2014 / early 2015. St. Modwen is already progressing delivery of addition industrial, warehousing and office space at its neighbouring Gateway 12 scheme at Waterwells Business Park with a new planning application being submitted later this month.
