Local investor Douglas Neville of Severn Commercial Properties has added a unit at Morris Property’s increasingly popular Vanguard Park to his existing property portfolio.
Severn Commercial Properties is a family owned business that Douglas set up ten years ago with a trust in mind for his family.
Douglas Neville said: “The reason I decided to invest in this property was because I know that Morris Property has a great reputation and I have been impressed with its continued building and selling at Vanguard Park throughout the recession.
“The benefits of having a property at Vanguard are that everything is managed. For example all the car parks are swept and the park itself is kept in excellent conditions which are great advantages. I would certainly consider buying another property at Vanguard and may look to in the future.”
The unit has been let to Ace Car Care which has been operating in Shrewsbury since the end of 2004 and has a customer base throughout Shrewsbury, Telford, Market Drayton, Oswestry and Welshpool. The unit offers a secure yard to the rear and a prominent main road footage allowing customers easy access to the building.
Vanguard Park’s units are in high demand and plans for the development of the area are set in place which will enable more businesses to open at the park.
