Hellier Langston are pleased to announce that the former Seward Renault side in Wickham Road, Fareham is now fully occupied.
The site of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. was sold to a private investor in 2010, after Sewards vacated. Hellier Langston were then instructed to market the premises on a leasehold basis either as a whole or as individual units.
The car showroom, forecourt and small workshop (2,573 sq. ft.) has been let to Fareham Auto Group on a ten year lease with a five year break.
Fareham Tyre and Exhaust have taken a 1,900 sq. ft. workshop on a ten year lease with a five year break clause. Another 1,900 sq. ft. unit has been let to Steve’s Bodyshop on similar terms. Both of these units are being used for car vehicle repairs.
The remaining 4,079 sq. ft. rear unit has been let to NMA Performance on a three year lease. NMA Performance were successful in applying for a change of use on this unit to operate as a CrossFit and Strength & Conditioning gym.
