An expanding construction company and groundwork contractor is building for the future with a move to a new HQ.
West Point Construction has acquired the former Brooklyn Ford commercial vehicle site at Fishing Line Road, Redditch, in a six-figure deal put together by property agents John Truslove.
It comes as the construction sector is improving fast in line with the wider economy.

On the housing side customers include a number of national builders working on major new housing developments with hundreds of units for sale. Operations include the likes of large civil infrastructures, roads and sewer work, combined with storm water attenuation schemes.
The company also has an active plant hire division.
West Point Construction’s new premises comprise 6,054 sq ft of offices set in 1.1 acres.
It is within walking distance of Redditch town centre and just four miles from Junction 2 of the M42.
“It is a great location,” noted Mr Lovell. “It will enable us to take the next step change.”
