Chick Master, a company that designs and manufactures incubation systems for hatcheries, has relocated its manufacturing and distribution centre in Bridgwater; securing its future and base of European operations within the UK.
CBRE secured the letting to Chick Master who signed a new 15 year lease for the former Dams International Building at 1 The Leggar. The building provides 28,944 sq ft of production and distribution accommodation with ancillary ground and first floor offices. The landlord undertook substantial improvement works to facilitate the letting and to future proof the building for Chick Master’s operational requirements.
The company has also recently moved to a new office in Cricket Malherbie, which will act as headquarters for its Energy Management Group and European business, demonstrating further commitment to the region as a whole.
