Cushman & Wakefield, global property consultant, has made a number of strategic appointments across its 450-strong European retail team in key markets. Latest appointments include:
In Turkey, Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Nilufer Antonetti to head its retail team. Previously Nilufer worked at Acteeum Real Estate as a Leasing Director for three years, and Carrefour Turkey for seven years where she was responsible for the shopping centers and technical purchasing manager.
In Spain, Ignacio Acha recently joined to head the retail team based in Madrid. Ignacio has over 10 years of experience in the departments of expansion of companies such as The Phone House and Fashion Festa. He also directed Retail departments in companies such as Roan Aguirre Newman and Real Estate. Domenec Casellas Alemany has also joined Cushman & Wakefield in Spain and is based in Barcelona. Domenec previously worked at a niche brokerage firm and has a proven track record in high street and tenant representation deals across Spain.
In France, new recruits in the last quarter in Cushman & Wakefield’s Paris team include Elfira Wieserma who joined in October 2011 and Jessica Ruimy who joined 14 November 2011. In addition, David Ives recently transferred from Cushman & Wakefield in London to work with the Paris team.
In London, Calum Ewing joined the firm’s central London team from Knight Frank and was the fourth partner to join the London team so far this year. Also in London, Tracy Lu joined Cushman & Wakefield’s cross-border team to advise retailers on their expansion strategies in to Asia.
