Acting on behalf of St Peters Ltd, the Business Space Department of Goadsby have let Suite 8, 99 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth to Unicorn Training. The premises extend to approximately 3,154 sq ft and the quoting rental was £10 per sq ft. The letting will mean that Unicorn have nearly doubled the amount of space that they occupy in the building.
Goadsby also manage the property and James Edwards of Goadsby commented “The Business Space and Management Departments worked closely together in advising our client on the marketing of the suite, delivering the suite in a suitable condition and negotiating appropriate lease terms.”
