Vickery Holman have let the ground floor office suite in Building 1 at Brooklands Office Campus, Crownhill. Brooklands Office Campus is located off Budshead Road and comprises of eight office blocks which make up an attractive office complex.
The last 6 months have seen two new tenants taking office suites being; Pulse Healthcare Ltd and Elite Facilities Solutions Ltd, the tenants have taken office space of 1,231 sq ft and 1,108 sq ft respectively. The three buildings owned by Vickery Holman’s client are now almost fully let with only two office suites remaining vacant. The site is managed by Envoy Property Management who are part of the Vickery Holman group.
