Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-owned real estate services firm, has appointed David Mills as Partner and Head of Portfolio Valuation.
David joins the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he has been a Director in its portfolio valuation practice since 2006. He has advised a number of high profile institutional funds, several with £1 billion-plus commercial property portfolios including NFU Mutual, British Airways Pension Fund and Royal London Asset Management.
David will work closely with Rupert Dodson, Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Chairman and Global Co-Head of Valuation & Advisory and David Lusher, CEO Valuation & Advisory UK.

Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Valuation & Advisory team is 75 strong and currently holds 60 regular portfolio valuation mandates, comprising 2,000 properties with a total value of over £50 billion.
