Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 62 Seamoor Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth to Mr Ryan Wrigley.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 552 sq ft with a further 209 sq ft of ancillary storage and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £18,000 per annum, exclusive.
