Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 62 Seamoor Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth to Mr Ryan Wrigley.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 552 sq ft with a further 209 sq ft of ancillary storage and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £18,000 per annum, exclusive.
Goadsby also manage the property and Grant Cormack of Goadsby commented, “We were pleased that working jointly with our management department we were able to assist Mr Wrigley in securing premises”.
