Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 466 Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth to Orbit 360 Ltd who will open the retail premises as a convenience store.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 888 sq ft with a further 82 sq ft of ancillary storage and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £16,500 per annum, exclusive.
